Atomic Speedway Issues Schedule Update Ahead of Second Blue Collar Racing Series Kickoff Attempt

Atomic Speedway has announced that the Blue Collar Racing Series season opener, scheduled for Wednesday, April 1st, has been canceled due to weather. With a 75% chance of rain in the forecast the track made the decision early to avoid unnecessary travel and preparation for teams and fans.

This marks the second postponement of the Blue Collar kickoff after the original March 18th date was lost to lingering winter conditions.

Atomic’s next event on the calendar is Sprint to Spring on April 11th, a double‑headliner featuring the FASTonDIRT 410 sprint cars and the Valvoline American Late Model Iron Man Series. That show will serve as the track’s next major opportunity to get the 2026 season rolling.

The Blue Collar Racing Series is now scheduled to begin on Wednesday, April 22nd.

AMWM will continue to monitor updates from the track and provide schedule adjustments as they’re announced.
